Anti Drug Competition 2005

The Central Narcotics Bureau is currently hosting an animation competition. There are 3 levels to it
Level 1 : 1 - 2 Minutes
Level 2 : 4 - 5 Minutes
Level 3 : 5 - 6 Minutes
Theme :
A drug free tomorrow. You may use any 2d animation clip, such as macromedia flash. The clip could depict a futuristic drug free city or perhaps a promising tomorrow.
Compulsory briefing session
